The Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying is designed to introduce key principles of cost management and financial control within the construction industry. The programme focuses on cost planning, estimating, measurement, tendering, procurement, and contractual management in construction projects.
Students will develop the skills required to manage project costs, evaluate construction processes, and ensure efficient use of resources throughout the project lifecycle. The programme also covers legal, contractual, and management aspects relevant to quantity surveying practice.
Upon completion, graduates will be equipped to work in cost control and project management roles within the construction and built environment sector.

Entry Requirements
Age Limit
Minimum 18+ years required at the time of admission.
Education
12th
Language
English proficiency as per Singapore PEI requirements (GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, or placement test).
Experience
Work experience is not mandatory. However, mature applicants aged 30 years and above with at least 8 years of relevant work experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to institutional assessment.
